Important Information

All pieces are handmade. Variations in size, expression, glaze, and finish are natural and part of the charm. Your piece will not look exactly like the sample — it will be uniquely yours.
Custom pieces require approximately 3–4 weeks to complete.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

The remaining balance is due before pickup.
For shipping orders, final payment plus shipping costs must be completed before your piece ships and tracking is provided.
